18 U.S.C. § 2257 Compliance Statement

This statement concerns the record-keeping requirements of 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 CFR Part 75.

No sexually explicit content

LifestyleSeeker is a safe-for-work (SFW) dating, companionship, and lifestyle platform. We do not produce, create, or host any visual depictions of actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct as defined in 18 U.S.C. § 2256. Public profiles and photos must be safe for work, and all uploaded imagery is reviewed before publication. Nudity and sexually explicit content are prohibited under our Community Guidelines and are removed.

Why this means § 2257 does not apply

Because the platform contains no content that meets the definition of sexually explicit conduct, the producer record-keeping obligations of 18 U.S.C. § 2257 do not apply to the content hosted here. Accordingly, no § 2257 records are maintained, because there is no qualifying content for which such records would be required.

User-generated content

All content on LifestyleSeeker is created by users, who must be 18 or older and who agree to our Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. Users are solely responsible for the content they submit and represent that it complies with those policies, including the prohibition on sexually explicit imagery. We enforce an 18+ age gate, review photos before they are published, and remove content that violates our policies.

If you believe any content on the platform is non-compliant or otherwise violates our policies, please report it in-app or contact our Trust & Safety team at safety@lifestyleseeker.com.

Should the nature of the content we host ever change, we will revisit our obligations under 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and update this statement accordingly.
