Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of LifestyleSeeker (the “Service”), a dating, companionship, and lifestyle platform. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy and Community Guidelines, which are incorporated by reference.

1. Eligibility & age requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, if higher) to use the Service. We operate a hard 18+ gate and may require identity and age verification through a third-party provider before you can become discoverable or send messages. Providing false age or identity information is a material breach of these Terms and grounds for immediate termination.

2. The Service

LifestyleSeeker helps adults connect for dating, companionship, and a shared lifestyle. It is not an escort service, and it is not a venue for prostitution, sex work, or any transactional sexual arrangement. Connections facilitated through the Service must be genuine and consensual, and any exchange of value in connection with sexual conduct is strictly prohibited (see Section 4 and our Community Guidelines).

3. Accounts & security

• You are responsible for the activity that occurs under your account.
• Keep your credentials confidential and notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
• One person, one account. You may not impersonate others or create accounts on behalf of anyone else.

4. Prohibited conduct

You agree not to use the Service to:

• solicit, offer, advertise, or arrange prostitution, escorting, or any sexual act in exchange for money, gifts, or other consideration;
• engage in human trafficking, exploitation, or any activity harmful to minors;
• harass, threaten, defraud, extort, or stalk other users;
• post unlawful, infringing, or sexually explicit public content;
• scrape, crawl, or harvest data, or attempt to circumvent our security controls.

We cooperate with law enforcement and, consistent with applicable law including the Allow States and Victims to Fight Online Sex Trafficking Act (FOSTA-SESTA), we prohibit and act on content that facilitates sex trafficking or prostitution.

5. Memberships & billing

Some features require a paid membership. Paid memberships renew automatically until canceled and are billed through our third-party payment processor. You can cancel at any time from your account; cancellation stops future renewals. Charges already incurred are governed by our Refund Policy and applicable law.

6. Content & conduct moderation

We review uploaded photos before they are published and screen messages and profiles for prohibited activity. We may remove content, limit features, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or our Community Guidelines.

7. Your content

You retain ownership of the content you submit. You grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host and display your content for the purpose of operating the Service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to everything you upload.

8. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, to comply with law, or to protect users. Certain records may be retained as required by law (for example, records related to a legal hold).

9. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not conduct criminal background checks on all users unless expressly stated for a specific feature. You are responsible for your own safety when interacting with other users, online and in person. To the maximum extent permitted by law, LifestyleSeeker is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
