Refund Policy

This policy explains how billing, cancellations, refunds, and payment disputes work for paid LifestyleSeeker memberships. It supplements our Terms of Service, which govern your use of the Service.

1. Memberships are billed in advance

Paid memberships are billed in advance for the full billing period (monthly, quarterly, or as otherwise shown) at the rate displayed at checkout, and renew automatically until canceled. Billing is handled by our third-party payment processor.

2. Canceling your membership

You can cancel anytime, self-serve, from Membership settings. Cancellation stops all future renewals; your current paid period runs to its scheduled end. We do not promise refunds for the unused portion of a billing period.

3. Refund requests

Refund requests are reviewed case by case. To request one — for example, for a duplicate or clearly erroneous charge — contact us through support with the charge details. Submitting a request does not guarantee a refund. Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable statutory rights you may have in your jurisdiction.

4. Refunds and chargebacks remove access

When a charge is refunded, or disputed with your card issuer (a chargeback), membership access tied to that charge is removed immediately for the entire refunded or disputed period. If you believe a charge is wrong, please contact support before disputing it with your bank — most billing issues are resolved faster that way.

5. No outcome guarantees

A membership buys access to platform features only. It does not buy, and we do not guarantee, matches, conversations, companionship, or any particular outcome — and we do not issue refunds on that basis.
